What transportation do you suggest for traveling from Houston to Sugarland. Would a taxi company or chaffeur work? If so, do you have any recommendations?

My husband and I are thinking of relocating to the Houston area but we're having a hard time deciding because we have two young childern, 1 and 3. They are curently in an amazing daycare facility and we don't know anything about the daycares there. Below is a link to their facility, do you know of anything similar? Hello, I am planning a small reception/appetizers and drinks for about 20 clients during an upcoming convention being held at the Brown Convention Center. I am looking for a restaurant or bar that might have a separate room near the convention center for this event.
