CityCentre, West Houston’s popular mixed-used development, continues to grow and just announced six new tenants, many set to arrive in time for the holiday season.

In September, H&M opened the doors to its first Houston area location outside of a mall setting. The 20,000-square-foot store offers the brand’s wallet-friendly fashion for ladies and men, as well as H&M’s children’s collection.

Earlier this month, Fellini Gelato & Caffé bowed on the south end of Sorella Court, next door to Houston Motor Club. The concept, created by the founders of Rice Village’s acclaimed Fellini Café, focuses on coffee from Italy, house-made gelato, Panini, Sicilian-inspired pastries and rosticceria.

In spring 2016, Grimaldi’s Pizzeria will open its first location inside Houston’s city limits. Known for award-winning, coal-fired brick oven pizzas, calzones and salads, the restaurant will cater to the lunch and dinner crowd, as well as private events in a 4,000-square-foot-space.

In November, Urban Outfitters will welcome a new neighbor when Madewell debuts its third Houston boutique. The sister brand of J. Crew has earned a loyal following for its approachable designs and timeless style.

Brooklyn-based West Elm will open a 12,000-square-foot location on the south side of Town & Country Boulevard, just in time for holiday shopping. The retailer, which mixes clean lines, natural materials and modern style, will open with the company’s holiday assortment and complimentary design services. Expect to see hand-crafted goods from Texas-based artists, too.

Houston will welcome its first Bowl & Barrel, though the opening date has yet to be announced. The concept features upscale bowling lanes alongside The General Public—a spirited neighborhood restaurant and bar. The newest Qubica/AMF bowling equipment and cutting-edge audio/video equipment will add to its appeal, while also making it a prime destination for corporate events.

Longtime fans of Olive & Vine, which debuted at CityCentre in 2011, will be excited about the company’s expanded location, which is expected to open soon. The new space is twice as large as the original and is located between Paper Source and Madewell. Head there for fresh olive oil and authentic imported balsamic vinegars.
