What is your cancellation policy?
Once purchased, tickets are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled, as they guarantee your spot on the tour.
Do I have to purchase tickets in advance? Can I pay cash?
Tickets must be purchased in advance, and tours often sell out quickly. Tickets can only be purchased online at www.HoustonCulinaryTours.com. Cash is not accepted.
Will I be contacted prior to the tour with details?
Yes. Upon purchase we will ask for your e-mail address and phone number. You will receive an e-mail with all of the details a minimum of five business days prior to the tour date.
What time do the tours take place?
All tours take place from 11am to 4pm.
Where do the tours begin and end?
The tours begin and end at Central Market, 3815 Westheimer (click for map). Look for the bus with Houston Culinary Tours signage.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please let us know if you or anyone in your party has a dietary restriction when you purchase your tickets. We will try to accommodate your special food needs, but the small, ethnic restaurants we visit during the tours may not be able to accommodate every request.
Are there special rates for seniors or children?
Currently we do not have discounted tickets.
Can children come on the tour?
All participants on the tour must be at least 21 years of age.
How much food is served on the tour?
There are 4 stops for tastings on the tour. We encourage attendees to pace themselves; the food is so good, it is very easy to fill up at the first or second stop.
Are there kosher options on the tour?
Unfortunately, we do not offer kosher foods on this particular tour.
What beverages are served on the tour?
We provide water, soft drinks and Saint Arnold beverages, on the bus. Beverages will also be provided at each tour stop.
Can I take pictures or video on the tour?
Yes! We encourage pictures.
