Efisio Farris’ native Sardinia shines at The Galleria-area Arcodoro. Set at the buzzy crosssection of Westheimer and Post Oak, Farris’ buttoned-up restaurant focuses on Italy’s rustic traditional cuisine with a menu touting top-notch meat and seafood dishes.
Well-dressed patrons fill the Tuscan-inspired space—from the elegant dining room and the casual grill to the lively Doro Bar and breezy patio. There, they dig into flavorful creations by Chef Giancarlo Ferrara. Carpaccios, risottos, homemade pastas and wood-fired pizza draw fast fans, as does the baked whole fish and award-winning steaks. Round out the meal with one of Arcodoro’s more than dozen varietals of Grappa. The restaurant also has well-appointed private dining rooms that can accommodate groups of two to 200.
Arcodoro is open for lunch and dinner daily.
