Impeccable service and authentic Italian fare are trademarks of Midtown’s Damian’s Cucina Italiana. Originally founded by restaurateur Damian Mandola—of Carrabba’s and D’amico’s fame—the local fixture has been owned and operated by his cousins, Joseph ‘Bubba’ Butera and Frankie Mandola, since 1992.
Easily accessible from Downtown, Damian’s draws a loyal lunch crowd, where many a business lunch has been enjoyed, along with post-work get-togethers. Inside, vaulted archways, vintage family photos and a pastoral mural spanning the back wall, lend to Damian’s Old World atmosphere. The kitchen sends out a variety of homemade pasta, antipasto and salad dishes, along with fresh-baked breads and desserts, all of which are perfectly complimented by one of the restaurant’s many wine options.
Damian’s is open for lunch and dinner, Monday through Friday and dinner-only on Saturday evenings.
