Flying Saucer Draught Emporium offers guests 85 beers on tap representing faraway regions and local craft brew. Local Houston options like St. Arnold, Karbach and Buffalo Bayou are all represented, as are several legendary craft offerings from Stone, Dogfish Head and Avery breweries. Flying Saucer also has a full liquor menu and a modest, but thoughtful, selection of wines.
Dig into an eclectic mix of wallet-friendly menu offerings such as Sheboygan bratwurst, pizza, sandwiches and salads. Kitchen stays open: Monday through Wednesday, until 1 a.m., Thursday through Saturday, until 2 a.m. and Sunday, until midnight.
Weekly specials: Monday is 'Pint Nite,' where almost all drafts are $3. Tuesday is Trivia Bowl night with prizes for first, second and third place winners.
