Located in northwest Houston—off of U.S. Highway 290 West in Cypress—Houston Premium Outlets offers upscale outlet shopping at a savings of 25 to 65 percent every day. The center features 145 designer and name-brand outlet stores including Burberry, BCBG Max Azria, Coach, Cole Haan, Elie Tahari, Kate Spade, Kenneth Cole, Michael Kors, Nike, Tag Heuer, True Religion. The outlet has added another 114,000 square feet to the center to now include Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th, A|X Armani Exchange, Tory Burch, J.Crew, Joe's Jeans, David Yurman, Talbots and several others.

The single-level center is a village-style project with a southwest architectural theme reflecting the area’s history creating a pleasant, upscale atmosphere for shoppers. Although most of the pedestrian courtyards are outdoors, there is sufficient coverage to provide all-weather shopping comfort year-round.

Houston Premium Outlets features a centrally-located food court and a wide range of customer services, including an Information Center providing area and merchant information, stroller and wheelchair rentals, gift cards and ATMs. The center also offers special benefits to tours and groups, as well as an online VIP Shopper Club offering members added savings without a fee to join.

Shops are open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
