West Houston’s Energy Corridor made room for a different oil venture when epicurean adventurers Susan and Wayde Burt opened their CityCentre-set Olive & Vine in April 2011.
Located in the booming CityCentre development, near Flora & Muse, the retail shop and tasting bar features an ever-evolving roster of premium, super fresh, extra virgin olive oils and aged balsamic vinegars perfect for cooking, snacking and gifting. Patrons are able to sample the more than 36 varieties of oil and vinegar before deciding what to buy, as each product is kept in its own large, stainless steel container—called a "fusti"—and is then bottled on the spot for customers to take home, ensuring unparalleled freshness.
Olive & Vine is open Tuesday through Sunday.
