River Oaks Shopping Center, one of the oldest in Texas, offers top-notch shopping in Houston's most fashionable neighborhood.

With a snazzy “modern” design evocative of when the center was built in the 1930s, the mix of stores in the pedestrian center makes for a perfect day of leisurely window-shopping.
