This former convenience store draws lunchtime crowds of blue-collar workers and hungry downtowners. Fresh ground-chuck patties (never frozen) are stacked on six-inch buns toasted crispy around the edges and topped with mustard, mayo, onions, pickles, tomatoes and shredded lettuce.
