PESKA Seafood Culture, the fish-market-slash-restaurant, blends fine dining and shopping in the Uptown area. Step inside to find display cases of fresh produce and seafood flown in fresh from around the world. Too tired to cook? Take a few steps further and let the skilled chefs at PESKA take care of the rest.

PESKA is the first U.S. offering from the Mexico-based Ysita family, known for their upscale seafood restaurants. Menu items unite cuisines from the Mediterranean, Europe and South America. Expect a variety of regional ceviches, seafood salads and daily market offerings prepared to perfection.

At the helm of the kitchen is rising star chef Omar Pereney. At just 20 years old Pereney has held multiple high profile positions and even starred on his own TV show, El Gourmet, which airs throughout Latin America.
