David and Kelly Hamilton, great-grandchildren of the company's founders, run this Houson-based factory and shop. They have more than 700 fabrications from top mills around the world, including Loro Piana and Alumo. Instead of relying on laser cutting and other modern techniques, Hamilton makes shirts the traditional way, taking custom measurements and creating paper patterns for each customer, then hand-cutting the fabrics.
