Elegant New American fare and stylish surroundings are found at the St. Regis Hotel's upscale dining room.

The dining room at this Galleria area favorite is lavishly decorated with rich, red walls, expanses of windows and a flair for the romantic. The New American menu (with creative wine pairings suggested for each dish) features a decidedly Texan twist with seasonal selections. Varied appetizers include a vodka-spiked Gulf shrimp cocktail and Southwestern Caesar salad. Sample entrees like the Texas rib eye, mesquite baked salmon or black pepper scallops. Artful desserts, pastries and after-dinner drinks round out the evening.

After dinner, visit the Remington Bar for live music on the weekends and an upscale lounge atmosphere.
