It all starts with fresh ingredients and food prepared from scratch, without taking a single taste-compromising shortcut. Brisa's open kitchen is equipped with a mesquite wood grill that gives the parrillada-style seafood, steaks and chicken incredible flavor. Like all the salsas, sauces, dips and dressings, Brisa's tortillas, breads and desserts are made fresh daily onsite, and only fresh herbs and spices are used in the kitchen.
Along with traditional tacos, enchiladas and flautas, Brisa creates many untraditional options. These include Mini Meals (measured for exact calorie count) that incorporate lean meats and low-fat cooking techniques to produce stay-fit dishes with no shortage of authentic Mexican taste.
House specialties include Mesquite Grilled Ribeye and Huachinango a la Plancha (whole red snapper in a roasted garlic butter sauce). And if you're really hungry, Brisa's Salchi Burger is a 7"-high mountain of fresh-baked bread layered with choice ground sirloin, ham, jalapeno sausage, melted Chihuahua cheese, avocado and tomato, with hand-cut fries on the side. Among the homemade desserts, favorites include the Kahlua Tres Leches, Triple Layer Chocolate Cake and Cajeta Crepe.
Brisa also boasts a busy bar scene thanks to the exceptional roster of margaritas, mojitos, martinis, exotic frozen drinks, wines and beers.
