The popular Austin-based restaurant and live music lounge, Eddie V’s Prime Seafood, is opening its first Houston location this fall in the chic new development CITYCENTRE. The restaurant will feature an outstanding raw bar and the restaurant’s popular live music nightly in the V Lounge. Houston's new Eddie V's will be contemporary, warm and inviting with floor to ceiling windows along two sides of the 10,000 square foot restaurant. The restaurant also features a substantial private dining room that can be divided into two more intimate rooms, complete with AV equipment.
Eddie V’s Prime Seafood was inspired from the great classic seafood restaurants of New Orleans, San Francisco and Boston. Eddie V’s offers the freshest seafood, right off the docks and USDA prime, center-cut, steaks - aged 28 days and broiled to perfection. The restaurant was founded by owners Larry Foles and Guy Villavaso, 30+ year veterans of the restaurant industry, in Austin, TX in 2000.
