  A  VIP Welcome Program for Groups Visiting Houston

Houston Star Greetings for qualified groups are offered at the Visitors Center located in the historic City Hall, 901 Bagby Street, Houston, Texas, 77002, every day Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 11:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

To qualify for VIP greeting, you must do the following:
1. Include at least one overnight stay in the Houston area.
2. Submit scheduling form (below) at least 2 weeks in advance.
3. Complete form in full indicating group hotel and dates in Houston.
4. Groups must arrive at Houston’s Visitors Center during regular business hours.

The Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau’s “Houston Star Greeting Program” is intended for leisure groups traveling to Houston and include an overnight stay in a Houston area hotel.  All greeting requests are subject to availability and will be confirmed in writing.
