Trevisio is one of Houston’s most unique restaurants, located in the heart of the world-renowned Texas Medical Center and offering stunning views of the area.

Trevísio’s new executive chef is a veteran of the three-year-old, highly touted restaurant. Hired as executive sous-chef for its opening in 2002, Cameron has been in the kitchen practically every day since, managing the line and producing picture-perfect, Italian dishes for the diners.

Signature dishes include endive, arugula and radicchio salad, homemade gnocchi with duck ragout; braised rabbit and root vegetables with papardelle; seared tuna with green beans, arugula, and grilled potatoes; crispy duck leg with Chianti glaze and braised cabbage; linguini with potatoes, tiny green beans and pesto; and chocolate cake with espresso icing and candied oranges.
