Cabo calls itself "The Original Mix-Mex Grill," and the name is apt. An eclectic range of Mexican and island-inspired dishes--from snapper, shrimp and scallop ceviche to fried plantains with roasted Serrano garlic dip--are on the menu.

The restaurant is a pleasing mix of cold industrial steel and warm tones--a casual dining atmosphere that is modern and trendy, yet reminiscent of a beachside taco stand. Salty Dogs, margaritas and Cuban Libres are good choices from the bar, which also offers a range of premium cigars.
