Gravitas is a modern bistro and party spot just west of downtown. Chef Scott Tycer and Executive Chef Jason Gould opened Gravitas in the 1930s-era warehouse and storefront where Antone's Famous Po'Boys once operated. The building was completely renovated and modernized, though with a respectful nod to the past. The menu features classic hearty dishes, including pan-fried trout, smoked duck salad, braised barbecue sandwiches, grilled pork chops, and herb risotto. Gravitas has developed a reputation for its fries, mussels and fish. |
