Those nostalgic for the taste of Spain need not look further than Catalan Food and Wine. Owners Charles Clark and Grant Cooper of Ibiza Food and Wine opened Catalan in September 2006 to offer Houstonians an escape to the restaurant’s namesake--the Spanish region of Catalonia.

Located on Washington Avenue’s trendy restaurant row, the Spanish-inspired cuisine has lured in Houston diners with its chic dining room and impressive wine list.
