“Damn good food, drinks and fun” is the motto of Beaver’s Ice House. Opened by the famous local restaurant chef Monica Pope (of t’afia) ) and her partner Andrea Lazar in November, Beaver’s is an upscale (food wise) version of an ice house, barbeque type place. Serving up tasty bites and delicious drinks in a casually hip setting, Beavers is sure to turn into a destination spot for foodies across the region. Beaver’s is located 2 blocks south of Washington at Sawyer and Decatur (just south of The Pig Stand).
