Houston Pavilions, downtown's new mixed-use development with dining, entertainment, retail and office space, opened October 16, 2008, with an exciting line-up of big-name venues. Houston Pavilions brings together the best of city life to one downtown location - four city blocks bounded by Dallas Street to the north, Polk Street to the south, Main Street to the west and Caroline Street to the east. A central courtyard and people-friendly streetscapes will allow for alfresco dining and lots of window-shopping.
