In the wake of ever-changing news and regulations, communities everywhere have had to adapt to a new way of life. Houston is no exception. Some restaurants have adapted in such a way that helps solve both their over-abundance of food, now that they are limited to pick up and carry out options only, and minimizing the amount of exposure their community must face. Enter pop-up markets.

What? Yes, pop-up markets! Now in addition to some already amazing discounts, certain restaurants have started to offer a limited selection of items for patrons to shop while they’re waiting for their meal to be prepped. Some market options include vegetables, condiments, beer, eggs, coffee, meal kits, paper towels and yes, even the highly coveted toilet paper!
