Downtown Food Tour
Historic and hip, downtown Houston honors the city's rich past while simultaneously embracing the future. Houston's largest business district offers modern skyscrapers, historic facades, world-class athletics, cosmopolitan activities, and a variety of critically acclaimed bars, restaurants, and shops. From historic Main Street and Market Square to Green Street, downtown Houston has something for everyone.
These three-hour walking food tours will discuss the evolution of the area's history, architecture, and culture while stopping at a number of establishments to enjoy a variety of food and drink.
Market Square Park/Historic District
Just blocks from the Buffalo Bayou as well as the neighboring warehouse district, north downtown Houston has a history as long as the city itself. From Market Square Park, the former home on the city's first major public to historic, vibrant Main Street, the area has undergone an exciting revitalization. Turn-of-the century buildings have been painstakingly restored to their former glory and now house a variety of bars, shops, and restaurants.

What is your cancellation policy? Once purchased, tickets are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled, as they guarantee your spot on the tour.
Do I have to purchase tickets in advance? Can I pay cash? Tickets must be purchased in advance, and tours often sell out quickly. Tickets can only be purchased online, or by phone at 713-554-1735. Cash is not accepted.
Will I be contacted prior to the tour with details? Yes. Upon purchase, we will send you an email providing the confirmation of purchase, meeting location, and other Food Tour details.
What if I have dietary restrictions? Please let us know if you or anyone in your party has a dietary restriction when you purchase your tickets. We will work to accommodate your special food needs whenever possible.
Are there special rates for seniors or children? Currently, we do not have discounted tickets.
Can children come on the tour? All participants on the tour must be at least 21 years of age. On special occasions, children may be admitted. Please call us at 713-554-1735 for more information.
How much food is served on the tour? There are 4 stops for tastings on the tour. We encourage attendees to pace themselves. The food is so good, it is very easy to fill up at the first or second stop.
Are there kosher options on the tour? Unfortunately, we do not offer kosher foods on this particular tour.
