The 4th Annual Heights Kids' Day of Music is happening March 24 from 10AM-2PM at Love Park in The Heights located at 1000 W. 12th St. FREE to get in.With a mission to inspire kids to have a lifelong love of music, the festival focuses on introducing attendees to a wide range of Houston musicians and arts organizations. The Main Stage will have local favorites The Zydeco Dots, kids hip-hop artist Jace Blain, gospel choir Brian Dunlap & Total Praise, and Astros-loving Polish Pete & the Polka? I Hardly Know Her Band. Performances on Second Stage and Creative Zone Live Stage highlights local arts groups. The Creative Zone is not your typical festival vendor zone: it showcases cultural gems our City has to offer such as Young Audiences of Houston, Houston Grand Opera, The Ensemble Theatre, Ars Lyrica, and more. Additional activities include an instrument petting zoo and singing station with Opera in The Heights. Food is available for purchase. BikeHouston will be running the bike valet this year, so if you bike, scooter, or walk with a stroller and want to park it, that is available for free.
