A Journey of Flavors in Tomball, Texas

Where can you learn about the process of coffee roasting, watch chocolate truffles being handmade and chow down at one of Texas Monthly's "50 Best BBQ Joints in Texas?" In Tomball of course! This culinary tour is sure to stretch your senses. Beginning at Shop Copan, a family-owned and operated coffee roasting company that sources the best coffee in the world and takes it from seed to cup. Then you'll head over to Tejas Chocolate & Barbecue for a tour and demonstration with owner Scott Moore. Finish up the morning with a barbecue lunch! 

Tour begins at 9:00 am at Shop Copan and lasts until 12:00 pm, ending at Tejas Chocolate & Barbecue. A bag of souvenir coffee and lunch at Tejas are included.
