Yoga postures train the body for strength and flexibility. 6:30-7:30pm. Dynamic flow sequences get the body warm and the heart pumping, while long-held poses strengthen and stretch the muscles.
Due to public health reasons, yoga mats will no longer be loaned out but can be purchased in the office from 9 am-6 pm. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, a towel and water. Pre-registration is not required, participants must sign a release form prior to exercising.
