Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art system that has a long history of improving one’s health, balance, and harmony with the universe. Leading the class is Trey Dick who has over 20 years of Chinese Martial Art experience, and will guide the class through a Xing I warm up, rhythmic Tai Chi movements, and standing meditation.
All ages are welcome; participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please wear athletic shoes and loose fitting clothing that is, and it is recommended to bring water.
Participants are required to sign an exercise release form upon arrival. Please consult your physician before engaging in exercise.
