Throughout the month of July, Four Seasons Hotel Houston’s lobby bar Bayou & Bottle will have space-themed specials. The menu will be based on meals from the Apollo 11 mission and Neil Armstrong’s favorite foods. The expert bartenders will create a themed cocktail, and dinner will be served on a tray lined with a front page of a newspaper announcing the moon landing. Guests will have the opportunity to watch the moon landing and return video on the TVs at the bar.
Additionally, the Hotel’s chic Italian restaurant Quattro will serve their desserts topped with a chocolate, white & silver “moon” globe created by Pastry Chef Emily Rosenberg. Desserts will have pairings with “50 years of port.”
