Writers, dreams are literally gifts from your mind. They provide characters, plots, and images that you can translate into your fiction and poetry. The ability to capture and understand these strange little narratives from our psyches can help you develop your creativity and provide insight into your writing subjects and approaches. In this course, you’ll learn about dream elements and emotions, themes and feelings, archetypes and shadows. In addition, we’ll explore a variety of topics at the intersection of dreaming and writing, from dream analysis to dream drama, and we’ll do several brief writing exercises. Please come prepared with at least two dreams written down and ready to share and use creatively.
