Houston History Alliance www.houstonhistoryalliance.org presents a day-long conference featuring trailblazers such as former Mayor Annise Parker, Nikki Van Hightower, Ellen Cohen and others, who have shaped our city.  Dr. Ruth J. Simmons, President of Prairie A&M University is the keynote speaker.
