ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR: MYCHELE SIMS is a trained dancer and fitness professional. This mother of two believes in movement and motivation. Mychele is a classically trained Pilates instructor, Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor (ACE/AFAA/NASM). She is a Master Trainer and National Presenter for fitness events/formats and has presented for the Lululemon, Under Armour, Reebok and Nike Women brands. This alumni of UCLA and UC Irvine has worked in the arts for over 25 years. Mychele is trained in ballet, jazz, modern, hip-hop, contact improvisation and many styles of the African and Latin diaspora.WHAT IS PON DI BEAT:Pon Di Beat brings the best Dancehall and Afrobeat dance and dance fitness to Texas in 2019.
