The Houston Latino Film Festival presents “The Art and Craft of Directing with Joel Novoa” To capture a perfect moment on film, there must be an extraordinary synergy between director, camera and subject. Director Joel Novoa (CW’s Arrow and God’s Slave) will dive into the process of communicating one’s creative vision amongst collaborators in this 4 hour intensive workshop.
