Houston’s top culinary talent will prepare truffle-infused dishes in a heated competition featuring guest judges.
Confirmed celebrity chefs include: Robert Del Grande from Café Annie, David Denis from Le Mistral, Tommy Elbashary from B&B Butchers and Restaurant, Maurizio Ferrarese from Quattro, Enrico Glaudo from Ristorante Cavour, Manabu Horiuchi from Kata Robata, Ronnie Killen from Killen’s Steakhouse, Omar Pereney from Peska, Manuel Pucha from La Table, Luis Roger from BCN Taste & Tradition, David Skinner from Eculent and Danny Trace from Brennan’s of Houston.
First place winner will receive a coveted prize of 1kg of Fresh Black Truffles and a trophy; First runner up will receive 500gr of Fresh Black Truffles and a trophy; and second runner up will receive 250gr of Fresh Black Truffles and a trophy. This exclusive event will be limited to 450 guests.
