Rienzi is teaming up with Houston’s notable Clark Cooper Concepts’ Brasserie 19 and The Dunlavy for a journey through time with the women who revolutionized champagne. “Widows and Winemakers: A Culinary Experience featuring the Women of Champagne” is an evening of elegantly prepared, progressive French cuisine from Chef Brandi Key and champagne pairings presented by General Manager of SaltAir Seafood Kitchen Wendi Lambert. A presentation about the widowed women who ran and developed some of the oldest and most recognized Champagne houses complements the evening of food, history, and bubbles.
