The lawn located to the side of the restaurant will be brimming with decor, stilt walkers dressed in circus-themed attire, and plenty of fun photo opportunities. Maximo (6119 Edloe St., Houston, TX 77005) - Send off 2025 and welcome the new year at Maximo with a festive, flavor-forward celebration. New Year’s Eve features an exclusive five-course prix fixe menu showcasing special dishes you won’t find any other night, including huitlacoche empanadas and a corn purée Basque-style cheesecake. The menu is $85 per person, with an optional $45 wine pairing to complement each course. On New Year’s Day, keep the celebration going in Maximo’s colorful dining room or comfortable, climate-controlled patio, where the regular dinner menu and drinks will be available during normal hours.
