The lawn located to the side of the restaurant will be brimming with decor, stilt walkers dressed in circus-themed attire, and plenty of fun photo opportunities. The evening highlights include a champagne toast at midnight, a DJ till 2 a.m, and a dress-to-join-the-circus theme. Two dinner seatings: 7:00–7:30 PM and 9:30–10:00 PM. Reserve your table now!

Eberhard Social House (1216 W. Clay St., Houston, TX 77019) is ringing in 2026 with a Babylon–meets–Old Hollywood New Year’s Eve Celebration on Wednesday, December 31. Highlights include a complimentary champagne toast at midnight, music by DJ DAM, and Babylon / Old Hollywood–inspired attire is encouraged. The evening features live entertainment through 2 a.m., a midnight champagne toast, and a refined atmosphere inspired by the glamour of the 1920s—think gold accents, subtle sparkle, and classic style. Flapper and dapper attire is encouraged for guests who want to lean into the theme while enjoying a polished New Year’s Eve experience.

Maximo (6119 Edloe St., Houston, TX 77005) - Send off 2025 and welcome the new year at Maximo with a festive, flavor-forward celebration. New Year’s Eve features an exclusive five-course prix fixe menu showcasing special dishes you won’t find any other night, including huitlacoche empanadas and a corn purée Basque-style cheesecake. The menu is $85 per person, with an optional $45 wine pairing to complement each course. On New Year’s Day, keep the celebration going in Maximo’s colorful dining room or comfortable, climate-controlled patio, where the regular dinner menu and drinks will be available during normal hours.
