Brooks Bassler has expanded his Cajun concept, BB’s Café, yet again. Set in the Heights’ former 6th Street Bar and Grill space, BB’s opened in late May 2011, offering up Gulf Coast cuisine and New Orleans-inspired fare with a Texas twist.
The new spot, which is larger than the other area locations, is open and airy—surrounded by windows, a full bar and expansive patio ideal for enjoying a football game. Dig into one of 15 different po’boy varieties, as well as wallet-friendly Cajun favorites like Bubba Lump salad, boudin balls and gumbo.
Stop by for lunch and dinner daily, as well as late-night (until 3 a.m.) on the weekends.
