Buda Juice is the story of Horatio Lonsdale-Hands and Bernard Lucien Nussbaumer, a Brit and Swiss who grew up together in Lausanne, Switzerland. The two re-connected in Texas, trading in Swiss cheese and chocolate for raw veggies and fruits. At Buda Juice, which first launched in Dallas before expanding to Houston, the two deliver raw, organic bottled juices in nearly a dozen distinct flavors.
What makes Buda Juice special? The company uses certified organic produce that goes from field to bottle within five days and uses an unbroken cold chain from farm to bottle. Refrigerated trucks take produce from farm to refrigerated kitchen and once bottled, the company ships, delivers or displays its creations in ice or refrigerated units. If you’re debating which juice to get, the staff is happy to offer samples.
Buda Juice is open Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
