The restaurant location sits within the beautifully renovated Whitehall hotel and features an extensive cocktail menu with local favorites like watermelon and picante margaritas, micheladas, and Sotherly’s own Edgar’s Truth bourbon, named in honor of Edgar Sims, founder of the predecessor to Sotherly Hotels and a bourbon fan himself. The hip wood-paneled décor is reminiscent of a west-Texas taqueria.
