Fox Hollow Gastro Lounge

Tucked away on the corner of Nett and Parker—just a couple of blocks north of Washington Avenue—Fox Hollow Gastro Lounge touts artisan cocktails and locally-sourced bites in a remodeled 1960s warehouse across from Nox Bar.

Founded by the same guys behind Bond Lounge in Midtown, Fox Hollow incorporates vintage-inspired elements into its eco-conscious concept. Inside, the former warehouse has been re-imagined with tufted banquettes, exposed-brick walls and polished concrete floors. Parisian doors lead onto a back patio space, reclaimed windows hang on the exposed-brick walls and the bathroom? The one-of-a-kind trough-like sink that stretches the room’s length is a must-see.

Settle in for locally-sourced bites like the SLT sandwich (spinach, tomato and feta with lemon-pine nut aioli), house-made hummus and crème fraiche-topped mini waffles, as well as artfully-prepared libations like Cuban mojitos, Caipiroskas and other Farmers Market-inspired sips.

Stop by Tuesday through Saturday, especially during the 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. window, when happy hour pricing is in full force.
