After three years turning out tacos from her Fusion Taco Truck, Julia Sharaby decided to put down brick-and-mortar roots in summer 2013, setting up her Fusion Taco shop on Downtown’s Market Square Park.
In its new incarnation, Sharaby partnered with David Grossman (former chef/owner of Branch Water Tavern), to showcase a menu of globally-influenced tacos, salads and sandwiches. Expect savory taco selections showcasing everything from beef short ribs and Chinese BBQ to grilled chicken satay and blackened tilapia. The 2,500-square-foot space—formerly the home of Les Givral—offers seating for 65 with additional dining space on the patio.
Fusion Taco is open Monday through Saturday for lunch and dinner
