College Station-born Grub Burger Bar put down Houston roots in August 2013, along the second level of CityCentre’s bustling mixed-use development. The casual, come-as-you-are venture spotlights in-house grinded beef, fresh-baked buns and other made-from-scratch fare, served in an eye-catching interior that blends urban and natural elements.
Inside, wood, steel and glass combine to create a polished, yet casual environment for patrons to enjoy signature burgers like the Guacapotle and the Lockhart Legend. In the latter, applewood-smoked bacon comes together with a housemade Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce, hand-battered onion rings and certified Angus beef patty. Guests can also enjoy Grub favorites like the sweet potato fries and one of a half-dozen spiked milkshakes.
The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner daily.
