Midtown welcomes its newest watering hole in the long-waited Holman Draft Hall. Armed with industrial chic décor, seating for large and small parties alike, and over 100 selections of beer and wine on tap, get ready to settle in to your new favorite neighborhood spot.
Attention to detail is apparent throughout the most recent project from The Kirby Group (Wooster’s Garden, Heights Bier Garten). With such a large selection of beers, the bar is committed to serving each at its ideal temperature; thus, the walk-in cooler is outfitted with three separate areas, set to three different temperatures. It doesn’t stop there. Most of the draft wines are exclusive to the bar, so once you fall in love with one, get ready to settle into a cozy corner on one of their community-style reclaimed wood tabletops or Gatsbyesque, velvet sofas.
The meticulously-crafted menu created by Uchi and Holley’s alum, Chef Brandon Silva, features the group’s signature burger, three varieties of nachos, 12 chicken wing sauces ranging from tangy barbecue to curry golden raisin, and sharables to the tune of fried green tomatoes and shishito peppers.
