Named after one of Texas' old ports-of-entry for Europeans, Indianola plays on the cultural backgrounds that make up Agricole's team - Vietnamese, California, the East Coast and, of course, Texas. The menu includes such items as wood-grilled Santa Maria steak with tomatillo escabeche, charcoal grilled za-atar chicken and Thai-inspired Som Tum salad, while breakfast will have Chinese rice porridge and huevos rancheros, wood-grilled steak. And don't forget about dessert.
Rose-gold lighting, comfy booths, sleek beige walls and plenty of natural lighting cover all 3,000 sq. ft. of the place. And as for the overall atmosphere, scene at Indianola is warm and inviting and has a patio perfect for a small crowd. Indianola is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Monday to Thursday, Friday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. and from 4 to 9 p.m. on Sunday.
