Rice Village welcomed the La Family's quick-service Vietnamese venture, NAM Noodles and More, to the neighborhood in September 2012. The fast-casual concept turns out 'un-pho-gettable pho,' noodle dishes, banh mis and salads in a contemporary environment.
Once inside, guests will find a Pei-Wei-like set-up—menu boards hang along the wall, patrons order at the counter and the food is brought out to the table. There’s also a condiment station, loaded with items to customize big bowls of pho, vermicelli and rice dishes.
NAM is open for lunch and dinner, daily. The restaurant also offers delivery within a three-mile radius.
