Olivette's creative New American menu is heavily accented with flavors of the Mediterranean. With its rustic, Tuscan styled, wood furniture, dim lighting and festive open kitchen, the restaurant is warm and inviting.
Expect healthful dishes including butternut squash soup and salad with blue cheese, cherries, walnuts and champagne vinaigrette. Entrees include roasted halibut with broccolini; seared Atlantic salmon with wilted spinach and saffron vanilla sauce; oven-braised short ribs; and truffle mushroom risotto with grilled vegetables. Desserts are artful.
