It’s been more than a decade since Stacey and Brock Silverstein made the move from Denver to Houston, helping open the Voss-set Buffalo Grille location. Ten years later, the couple branched out on their own, opening the Energy Corridor’s Pecan Creek Grille in 2011.
The laid-back, counter-service restaurant—which specializes in breakfast and brunch fare—offers a menu filled with hearty options like biscuits and gravy, migas plates and pancakes. (Don’t miss the cinnamon-tinged coffee or free-squeezed juices.) There are also generously-portioned lunch options like red beans and rice, chicken fried steak and catfish.
Dine in, take it to go or have Pecan Creek cater a breakfast meeting or working lunch. The spot is open daily until 2 p.m.
