Located in Katy’s LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch, Restless Palate opened in late spring 2016, offering a fresh and flavorful menu to hungry fans, along with a wide variety of craft beer, wine and premium spirits. Created by the brains behind Sherlock’s Baker Street Pub and Watson’s House of Ales, the 5,000-square-foot spot turns out a full-range menu of salads, sandwiches, burgers and desserts.
Chef Pablo Gomez, along with Eatsie Boys’ consulting Chef Matt Marcus, put together Restless Palate’s approachable menu, which offers standards and a mix of seasonally-rotating options. Featured items include herb grilled salmon with roma tomatoes, kale, asparagus and shaved garlic atop white quinoa, as well as a sesame ginger ahi tuna salad made with wild sashimi grade yellowfin tuna, mixed vegetables and a sesame plum ginger vinaigrette.
Restless Palate is open for for lunch and dinner daily.
