Executive Chef Sam Wu prepares traditional Japanese food with a careful eye toward the aesthetic. Choose from a wide variety of sushi and sashimi and close to 40 rolls. Creative entrees include kami nabe hot pots, Chilean sea bass and ishiyaki (beef cooked on a hot stone).
