Established in 1894, The Houston Club is a member-owned private club; the oldest in the Southwestern United States. The Club is located downtown, where Rusk meets Travis Street, and is housed in the final skyscraper built by Jesse Jones.  The Club has spanned parts of three centuries and founding families have enjoyed membership across six generations.

The Houston Club offers members dining options weekdays 11:30 am to 2pm in the Bush Room, 1894 Bar and Allan’s Landing.  The Club also offers a mentorship program to young professional members. Traveling? No problem! The Houston Club offers over 200 reciprocal clubs both domestic and international.

The facility offers space for 50 – 650 guests for functions ranging from weddings and receptions to fundraisers and catered parties.
